This short biography follows her the day of the prize presentation, as she observes people and reminisces about life and love. The prize is awarded to someone else that year, and in 1980 Pym dies of cancer.

To be worse, Suk dies from gas intoxication. Ka-hi falls into despair. Duk-sam, a driver, takes care of her. Ka-hi slowly rises from her nightmarish reality. In the end, she accepts Duk-sam's marriage proposal.
